We represent the owners of residential and holiday sites and can offer a comprehensive package to help deal with the administration that is generated in running a site, such as issuing pitch fee reviews and consultations.
Whether you need us to help with licence terms and conditions, issue agreements, carry out pitch fee reviews, undertake a resident’s consultation, make an application to change site licence conditions or to help defend enforcement action, we can assist. We also deal with Town & Country Planning, safety and fire legal issues, ‘Fit and Proper’ Manager applications and licensing applications..
Our experience comes from dealing with sites over many years, including licensing, planning, safety and disputes, with one of our lawyers having been involved in advising the government on the model standards for residential parks and providing training to many local government officers. Our clients have included some of the largest site operators in the country, but we also represent small single-site operators.
Much of the work that we do includes conducting cases through the First Tier Tribunals, Upper Tribunal, magistrates’ courts, Crown Court and the High Court. We also use mediation where this is an appropriate way forward.
We are in the process of establishing PARC, a redress scheme specifically designed for Residential sites. More details will be available once we have this fully running. At present, it is only available to a small number of our existing cleints.
For more details, please click on one of the images below or give us a call to discuss what you need. We are normally available between 9:00-17:00 on weekdays. We aim to be highly responsive and normally you should be able to discuss an issue with one of our team the same working day but also have an emergency out-of-hours service for clients where we have agreed a retainer, if you need to contact us urgently.
