Our experience comes from dealing with sites over many years, including licensing, planning, safety and disputes, with one of our lawyers having been involved in advising the government on the model standards for residential parks and our clients have included some of the largest site operators in the country. We also represent small single-site operators.
Our work has involved conducting cases through the First Tier Tribunals, Upper Tribunal, magistrates’ courts, Crown Court and the High Court. We also use mediation where this is an appropriate way forward.
