We represent residents of sites and can assist with a variety of matters, whether it is the purchase of a park home, a dispute over the pitch fee, an issue with a neighbouring home, consultations on site rules or the establishment of a Qualifying Residents Association.

Although we sometimes represent some site owners, we will not represent the site owner on a park where we also represent a resident unless it is clear that there is no conflict of interest, such as were there is a private sale of a home and everyone is in agreement that we should. We are protective of our position to remain independent and from the work of our principal lawyer in enforcing conditions on sites from a local authority perspective, we have a drive to ensure that the interests of residents are safeguarded.

The experience of our lawyers on sites stretches back to over 35 years and we have dealt with many purchases, sales and disagreements. Some of the comments that we have received from our clients are shown below at the bottom of the page.
