Sorry but we only deal with park homes and not ‘bricks and mortar’ as we prefer to concentrate on our specialism with park homes. The process for park homes is very different to ‘normal’ conveyancing of land, partially because with a park home you will generally not own the land on which it stands.

I recently purchased a park home and Luke from LSL dealt with all the paperwork and money transfer etc. It was dealt with superbly, if Luke wasn't available then someone was always there to deal with my queries, the phone was always answered really quickly.
