Of you are simply looking for some reassurance that the paperwork is in order, we can complete a review of the documents for you. We will look through this pack, as well as the Site Rules and Site Licence, to identify whether there are any issues of concern.
We will also run some basic checks, such as to verify that the person selling is entitled to do so and that the right consents exist. If there are concerns, then we will set these out for you, either in a letter or verbally if you prefer.
As part of the service, we will provide you with the forms that you will need to complete the purchase and give you up to 30 minutes of advice. If you need more time than this, then you can of course opt to buy more on a preferential hourly rate.
All contact with the vendor or site owner is dealt with by you.
Because we are only dealing with a review of the paperwork, we will be unable to help with transferring funds for the purchase on this package.
