Do you need some basic advice or assistance ?
We do not offer a free advice period or legal aid but can answer some general questions through our chat system. If you want advice that is tailored to you, it is best to book one of our fixed fee consultations.
The consultation can be by telephone, video call or using WhatsApp. You can also visit us at our Wallingford office if you prefer the face-to-face approach.
The fee for up to one hour is charged at a fixed rate of £300. If you use the form below, we can also offer up to a 30 minute consultation for £150. Please note that this period includes any time that we need to spend reading information before the meeting and any communications that you send to us in advance.
For our normal hourly rates on anything beyond the consultation, please see our fees page. If you decide that you wish to instruct us to do further work after the period is completed, we will need you to complete some additional paperwork.

We will need to carry out some checks to ensure that we do not have any conflicts of interest, so filling out the form does not immediately commit you or us to the consultation.
Please note that sending this form does not commit to the consultation : As a law firm, we need to carry out a number of checks before we can proceed. Once we have completed those and assuming that all is in order, we will send you an invoice for the fee and confirm the appointment.
