If you are looking for some help in completing the paperwork and want a lawyer to deal with the seller and the park owner, then this might be the package for you. It is the one that most of our clients choose and has the option of being upgraded to the Enhanced package if you want other work done.

In addition to the items in our basic package, we will take things a step further and liaise directly with the vendor from the outset and complete some additional checks.
We will then deal with the paperwork that needs to be completed and arrange for it to be served as appropriate, guiding you through the transaction and dealing with the transfer of the purchase funds and site owner commission if needed.
The price for this is £850, including VAT, plus £50 for each funds transfer, to cover bank fees, if you want us to do that.
What is not included ?
The fees above do not include work such as negotiation on price with the purchaser or having to repeatedly chase for missing documents. We will also charge you for any expenses that are incurred, for example any fees that may need to be paid to the local authority or bank charges.
Sometimes, there may be complications with purchases – for example if the owner of the site tries to block the sale or the home owner does not provide all of the information required, or the enquiries that we make show that there is a problem with the home. In these circumstances, we may charge an additional fee for the extra work that is involved. We will always let you know how much we expect this to be.
Our fees above do not apply to homes that are sold on a lease basis. This type of arrangement is very unusual and our fees start at £2,500 for this type of work, as it is more complex.
